Albuquerque Basin Deep Gas Play
- 10+ TCF potential
- 1,000–2,000 foot mature Mancos Shale as source rock

and shale gas targets at 8,000–18,000 feet
- Tecton has acquired a sizeable acreage position
- ~130,000 gross acres / ~106,000 net acres
- Primarily fee leases with no permitting issues

- Includes 1,000 line miles of re-processed seismic data
- Extensive source rock sampling indicates that basin received
large gas charge in mid to late Tertiary
- Three 1970’s vintage Shell wells flowed water-free gas

Santa Fe Hagen Embayment Oil Play
- 50-100 MBO recoverable oil play in same geology as San Juan Basin
- Mancos Shale as source rock
- Multiple Cretaceous targets at 2,500-7,500 feet
- Target intervals include Dakota-Greenhorn (oil), Niobrara (oil),
and Menefee CBM (gas)
- 39-41 API light sweet crude
- Concept proven with Tecton Ferrill #1 well (currently shut-in and
included in package)
- 75,000 net acres – primarily fee leases
- Leases in state and county imposed force majeure until 12/31/2008
- Tecton has applied for 3 drilling permits after moratorium ends
- Estimated IP of 30-125 BOED and EUR of 40-75 MBOE for single
zone development but multi-zone commingled production expected
- Drill and complete cost of $1,200,000
- Large proprietary geologic and geophysical database developed
