- Berco is looking for strategic alternatives for the development and/or
divestiture of their assets in 67 Draw Field.
- Located in the northern portion of the Green River Basin on the
northeast flank of the LaBarge Platform
- Estimated 3 TCF gas-in-place
- 67 Draw fault block is significantly over-pressured to surrounding area
- Gradients ranging from 0.68 to 0.78 psi per foot
- Over 5,000’ of over-pressured, mature gas bearing sediments
- Mesaverde section averages 2,000’
- Significant potential in Baxter section averaging over 2,200’
- Additional targets in Second Frontier, Mowry and Dakota
- Large contiguous lease block of which ~59% is fee acreage
- 18,246 gross acres / 16,024 net acres
- Majority of non-HBP acreage expires 2011 and beyond
- 11 existing wellbores producing ~990 mcfpd
- 2008 average monthly net cash flow of $108,446
- Berco owns new 5,000 mcfd CO2 removal and dehydration facility
- Capability to increase to 10,000 mcfd
- 6 mile owned gathering system connects to Williams’ Opal facility
- Water disposal well operated by Berco in Almy reservoir
- Spray evaporation system utilized in summer months
